Women to Women International Fundraiser Helps Educate, Empower Ghana Girls
Santa Barbara benefit raises funds to provide 15 students with another year of high school
Our third annual fundraiser was a HUGE success! We have not only reached but exceeded our goal of $6,000 to sponsor 15 girls so they can finish High School in Damongo, Ghana, Africa. We continue to receive your generous donations at Women To Women International 1298 Orchid Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93111 daily. Let us know if you need brochures or donation cards and we'll be happy to mail them to you.
We called the St. Anne's High School in Damongo, Ghana, and were informed classes have not started yet. Mrs. Wumnaya, the principal, is very grateful for our continued support and will call us as soon as they know if any of the new girls need scholarships.
As soon as all donations are received and deposited, we will transfer the funds to sponsor our original 15 for a third year, plus any additional girls who are in need of scholarships up to the full amount of all funds donated.
